Separate PlayAmo Deposit Turnover From Bonus Wagering
PlayAmo terms can restrict withdrawal when required turnover is incomplete. An ordinary deposit control and a promotion's wagering requirement are different ledgers. Start with the funding transaction and accepted offer, then count only eligible settled activity toward the correct obligation.
Open PlayAmo and review the current cashout rulesClassify the funding event
Save deposit ID, amount, currency, method and whether a promotion was selected. Record cash and bonus wallet entries separately. A successful deposit does not prove that a bonus was active.
Create two turnover columns
Place ordinary deposit turnover in one column and promotion wagering in another. List settled stakes with product, amount, balance source and result. Keep void, refunded and unsettled activity outside the eligible subtotal until the governing rule says otherwise.
Apply contribution and exclusions
Attach the dated terms for the accepted promotion and note game contribution, odds, maximum bet and expiry. Do not apply a bonus multiplier to ordinary cash by default or assume every game contributes equally.
Request the remaining formula
Compare your subtotals with the cashier message and ask PlayAmo for the starting base, eligible activity and remainder for each ledger. Pause further play if the number is unexplained; extra wagering can obscure the first divergence.
