Calculate the PlayAmo Crypto Limit at Request Time
PlayAmo terms state that cryptocurrency limits can use an exchange rate at the time of request. That creates a two-unit calculation: the account's fiat-equivalent ceiling and the asset quantity sent. Preserve the quoted rate and rounding before assuming a request fits.

Record asset, network, account currency, method maximum and the converter or rate timestamp shown by the current terms or cashier. Do not reuse yesterday's rate or a different exchange pair.
Calculate the asset ceiling
Divide the applicable fiat-equivalent maximum by the quoted asset price, then apply the platform's displayed decimal precision. Keep network or processor fees separate unless the cashier explicitly includes them in the limit.
Add a small operational margin
Price movement and rounding can place an exactly equal request over the ceiling. Select an amount below the computed maximum without withdrawing more than intended. Do not split requests to bypass an account rule.
Reconcile dispatch and receipt
Save payout ID, asset quantity, exchange-rate evidence, public transaction hash and receiver amount. Explain conversion differences separately from missing funds. Ask support which rate and rounding it used if the cashier rejects the calculation.
